Mentor Collective
Mentors agree to these expectations before joining the CRC Mentor Collective. They protect mentees, nonprofit partners, and the clinic.
Treat every mentee, staff member, and partner with dignity. No harassment, discrimination, or demeaning comments. Feedback stays constructive and role-appropriate.
Do not share mentee personal details, nonprofit assessment findings, or clinic internals outside the agreed mentoring channel. If you are unsure whether something is confidential, ask staff before sharing.
Stay within the mentoring scope and hours you agreed with CRC staff. Mentoring is guidance, not unpaid consulting, incident response, or employment. Escalate safety, legal, or crisis concerns to CRC staff immediately.
Disclose conflicts of interest (employer relationships, vendor ties, competing products) before advising. Do not solicit mentees for paid work or products during a CRC mentoring engagement without staff approval.
