One anchor partner, one community
A flagship clinic runs in a specific geographic location or community and partners with a single flagship institution, government organization, or large MSP to drive impact across that area. One partner anchors the clinic.
Several partners, shared load
A community clinic launches in a geographic location or community the same way a flagship does, but multiple institutions or organizations work together to run it. No single partner has to carry the whole clinic alone.

Clinics are funded by government and philanthropic grants, direct institutional or host funding, and services offered by Cyber Ready Clinic including our Ready5 Assessment, Ready10 Assessment, and Tech Hero Program.
The key to cyber is trust. We ensure each clinic is run by an experienced cyber expert who can be trusted to provide key insights and advice to our clients as well as our practitioners. We look for CISOs, key cyber engineers, and folks who have been hands-on with successfully running enterprise cyber programs.
Clients are absolutely critical to a "clinical" experience. For each clinic, we aim for 30 clients per year, which allows us to provide hands-on experience for 100+ practitioners annually.
Clinics require a consistent stream of practitioners ready to learn. Our past cohorts often show approximately 30-90 applicants per trimester per institution, leading to the selection of 10 qualified individuals (30 per year) for a 2-year or 4-year institution. To meet these numbers, we encourage clinic hosting organizations to partner with other schools or training programs.
Cyber Ready Clinic's deep bench of mentors are C-level, experienced practitioners that can accelerate a practitioner's career journey in just a few conversations. We solicit, screen, and match mentors with mentees in our programs.
Workforce outcomes are the goal of Cyber Ready Clinic's practitioner program. We partner with local MSPs, tech companies, and organizations looking for cyber and IT talent to build relationships between our practitioners and local employers, often leading to first-looks for hiring opportunities.
Our nonprofit and tax-exempt clients depend on our MSPs and tech partners to get cyber ready. We source MSPs locally and technology partners nationally to provide the services and products to meet our cyber requirements while getting our practitioners hands on experience with those tools.
Cyber Ready Clinic built a proprietary platform to automate the complete lifecycle of a clinic experience, including management of practitioners, clients, and mentors.
